Do I need to register my institution on Sectigo?

No, Belnet has transfered and made validated your organization's details for you already.

Do I need to retype all my domains?

Belnet has transfered all your previously recorded domains for you already. Unfortunately you still have to add the wildcard version for these domains (eg *.mydomain.be).

Next you need to proceed to Domain Control Validation (DCV) for each domain yourself as it is something we cannot do for you to prove ownership of a domain.

Do I need to revoke my DigiCert's certificates?

No, all your DigiCert's certificates still valid, will remain till their expiration's date.

How do I migrate my certificates from the old provider DigiCert to Sectigo?

You cannot migrate certificates. You need to create new certificates using Sectigo's interface. Please, note that all your DigiCert's certificates still valid, will remain till their expiration's date.

What impact does this change have on my bill?

The prices for the Digital Certificates Service will remain unchanged in 2020.

Where can I find technical information about the new interface?
